“we” or “us” refers to Business Waivers

“customer subscription” or “customer’s subscription” refers to an online subscription setup to use any of the Business Waiver’s  online management tools.

“customer” refers to any person or entity that has a valid Customer subscription with Business Waivers.

“user” or “you” refers to any person or entity that has a valid login to a Customer subscription with Business Waivers.

General

This privacy policy covers how Business Waivers treats information it collects and receives about its customers and users. Anyone who visits the Business Waivers’ website or uses/accesses any of Business Waivers’ applications shall be deemed to have agreed to the terms of this privacy policy. We use your personal information for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

Contact information: While using our service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personal information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, other information. We collect this information for the purpose of providing the service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

Log Data: We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our service or when you access the service by or through a mobile device (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We may use and store information about your location depending on the permissions you have set on your device. We use this information to provide features of our service, to improve and customize our service. You can enable or disable location services when you use our service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.

At times Business Waivers may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with us to provide products and services, or that help us market to customers. Personal information will only be shared by Business Waivers to provide or improve our products, services and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Children’s Privacy

Only persons age 18 or older have permission to access our service. Our service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you learn that your children have provided us with personal information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from persons under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Storage: We only retain the personal data collected from a user for as long as the user’s subscription is active or otherwise for a limited period of time as long as we need it to fulfill the purposes for which we have initially collected it, unless otherwise required by law.

Security: The security of your personal information is important to us, and we strive to implement and maintain reasonable, commercially acceptable security procedures and practices appropriate to the nature of the information we store, in order to protect it from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. Our online services use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is collected. You must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari. Doing so protects the confidentiality of your personal information while it’s transmitted over the Internet. Please note that some communications (such as service messages, subscription notifications, billing information) are considered transactional and necessary for subscription management and you cannot opt out of these messages unless you request to deactivate your Business Waivers’ subscription.

We reserve the right to update or change our privacy policy at any time and you should check this privacy policy periodically.
