How do I get the data collected from my Waiver Forms?
We provide a high touch service and we send the data to you weekly. We also setup a dedicated account on our system where you can access your waiver forms anytime.
Is there a limit on the number of Signed Waivers I can receive?
No. There is no limit on the number of signed waivers you can collect using your Waiver form. For $15 per month per active waiver form, you collect unlimited number of signed waivers.
Can my customers sign on the Digital Waiver Form?
Yes. You can have signature fields on your waiver forms and your customers can sign directly from their device anytime anywhere.
How do I deactivate/cancel my subscription?
If you would like to cancel or deactivate your account, simply write to us: support@businesswaivers.com and we shall deactivate your account. If you need to reactivate your account, also send to us an email and we shall get you restarted.
How Secure is your service?
We secure data transmission through a 256-bit SSL protocol. Your data is encrypted and stored under the rules of our privacy policy. It is also on our Google Cloud and all data is backed up and managed to the highest standards daily. Google Cloud’s defense-in-depth security protects your data at global scale. All Waiver Forms are HIPAA, ISO/IEC, FedRAMP, and NIST Compliant
Do I have to sign a contract?
There are no contracts or hidden fees with Business Waivers. You can try our service for 30 days, and if you like it, you choose your payment plan; monthly or yearly and we shall get you started.
What happens to my Signed Waivers if I cancel my subscription?
You can download all of your waivers as an excel file if you’d like to keep your information when you cancel. When you cancel, we keep your data for 6 months and after we delete it completely. We do not use your data for any purposes, it is your data.
How long does it take to get setup?
Generally, your waiver will be setup on the same day provided you avail to our team all the necessary details you require on your Waiver Form.
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are made by credit card, through our secure payment processor stripe. If you subscribe to a monthly plan, the subscription period is 30 days and charges are processed at the beginning of each period.
How many custom fields can I add to my Waiver Form?
You can add as many custom fields and form logic as you want on your Waiver Form.
How long is my Waiver Form stored?
Your Waiver Forms are stored for as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, all your waivers are sent to you and copies are deleted from our database after 6 months

Business Waivers is web-based; meaning all you need is a web browser to use the service. All web browsers and operating systems that run modern web browsers (google chrome, mozilla firefox, microsft edge, safari, opera mini etc) are supported
